It took a long ride to even come to the beginning of the valley and it was a long ride up the valley working both sides as we progressed.
Qutuldu, like the rest of us takes a well earned rest at this point as we all regroup before going over the summit.

We felt the weather was changing and knew it was a long way home. This is a bare land to get caught out in bad weather. Some storms blow in and out as soon as they came. Others stay for hours and change the landscape before you know it.

I was tired and hungry but we would not stop again until we were the other side of the summit.
