The Kazakh / Kyrgyz woman is remarkable, she seems unflappable, always hospitable and instantly ready to prepare food at a minutes notice for any number of unannounced guests.

It is a hard life, rearing a large family, raising and milking livestock, baking, cheesemaking, cooking and homemaking. Without all these hunters dropping by unannounced and needing feeding.

Yet they are prepared and seem enthusiastic to welcome you and eager to feed you until you burst.

The legendary milk tea is served in bowls continuously until it is seen coming out of your ears. It is wonderful stuff and what is needed to keep your fluid intake high in such a dry climate.
